R will be tweeting every time he logs on and B will tweet every time he logs off the internet for the duration of one year (ending 7/14/10 at 12 pm PST).

R surfs the web recreationally and has an self-acknowledged internet/twitter/blogging addiction.

B works on a computer all day and has an R-acknowledged internet addiction.

Here are the rules:

1. Project ends on 7/14/10 at 12 pm PST.

2. Whenever R CONNECTS to the interwebs for a surfing session (new meaning he left the computer or phone for more than 15 minutes) he tweets.
3. Whenever B DISCONNECTS from his computer for longer than 15 minutes he tweets.
4. Every tweet begins with the integer one greater than the previous tweet, then a space, and then either "R" or "B"
